What counts as a token?
Tokens are the units of text that AI models process — every prompt, tool call, and response uses them. How many an investigation uses depends on how deep it goes and how much of your infrastructure it needs to examine. Each plan includes a monthly token budget that resets on your billing date; unused tokens don't carry forward, and you can top up anytime.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your organization settings, and the new limits take effect immediately.
What are connectors?
Connectors are secure, outbound-only tunnels that let Ops Intel reach the infrastructure you already run — servers over SSH, cloud accounts, network gear, and more. No inbound firewall rules or VPN configuration is required: the connector agent runs on your network and initiates all traffic outbound, so nothing reaches in. Each active connector counts toward your plan limit.

What happens if I hit my token limit?
AI-powered investigations pause when you reach your monthly token limit. All other features — connector management, the knowledge base, and existing investigation history — remain fully accessible. You can purchase a token top-up from your billing settings to resume immediately, or wait for your budget to reset at the start of the next billing period.
