These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ops Intel. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate billing information and are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Ops Intel only for lawful purposes and only on infrastructure you are authorised to manage. You may not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your first subscription includes a 14-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Beyond that, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Changes and approvals

Ops Intel proposes changes to your systems but executes them only after a person with sufficient permissions approves. You remain responsible for changes you approve.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
